Terms of Service
Effective August 24, 2026. These draft terms govern YAZUZ websites, applications, and services operated by Shaka Time, Inc., a Hawaii corporation.
Service
YAZUZ provides AI-assisted shopping, merchant configuration, analytics, and related tools. Features may differ by platform, plan, store configuration, and release stage.
Merchant responsibilities
- Provide accurate store information and maintain authorized platform access.
- Use YAZUZ lawfully and publish notices required for customer-facing chat, analytics, or surveys.
- Review product, policy, and support information presented through the service.
- Do not transmit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
AI limitations
AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Merchants remain responsible for their catalog, prices, inventory, policies, and customer commitments.
Plans and billing
Paid Shopify plans, when offered, will be approved and billed through Shopify according to the terms displayed at purchase. Testing credits do not guarantee future commercial pricing.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or modify features to maintain security, reliability, compliance, or product quality. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
YAZUZ and its original software, branding, and content belong to Shaka Time, Inc. Merchants retain ownership of their store content and grant only the permissions needed to provide the service.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Shaka Time, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using YAZUZ and uninstall the app. We may suspend access for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or violation of these Terms.
